GAMJEE ROLL

The Gamjee Roll is manufactured from premium 100% surgical cotton tightly wrapped in a woven gauze cover to form a roll (10 cm × 2.7 m). It serves as a low-adherent interface layer applied over primary wound dressings or used alone for padding and protection of surgical sites. The cotton core delivers excellent absorbency, helping to manage wound exudate and sweat, while the gauze outer ensures air permeability and conforms to body contours for enhanced comfort and mobility. It is skin-friendly, reduces the risk of maceration and pressure-sore formation, and promotes a cleaner, protected healing environment.
